1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Odin Wallet (hereinafter "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, you should not use the App.
2. Nature of the application
Odin Wallet is a non-custodial decentralized wallet that allows users to:

Create and manage Solana addresses.

Send and receive SOL and SPL tokens.
- •
Perform token swaps.
- •
Schedule future swaps.
- •
Customize their experience with Nordic-inspired visual elements.
The App does not store or have access to your private keys, funds or transactions. You are solely responsible for the security of your assets.
3. Eligibility
To use Odin Wallet you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country.
- ✓
Not be subject to economic sanctions imposed by governments or international entities.
- ✓
Use the App legally and legitimately according to applicable legislation in your jurisdiction.
4. Non-custody of funds
Odin Wallet is non-custodial, which means that:

We have no control over your private keys or funds.
- •
We cannot recover lost accounts or restore wallets without your seed phrase or private key.

Odin Wallet is not responsible for loss of access due to personal security failures.
5. Functionality
The App allows:

Create multiple accounts within the same wallet.
- •
Send/receive Solana tokens.
- •
Make swaps using integrations like Jupiter Aggregator.
- •
Schedule previously signed future swaps.
- •
View balances and prices in real time.
- •
Participate in future activities such as the $ODIX token airdrop.
Functionalities may be updated, interrupted or removed without notice.
6. Fees
Odin Wallet charges fees for certain services:

Swaps: minimum 0.1%, adjusted according to amount.

The transfers are free.
Rates may vary over time. All fees are transparent and visible before confirming an operation.

The $ODIX token is the native asset of the Odin ecosystem. In the future it may be used to:

Get discounts on fees.

Participate in governance.
- 🪙
Access exclusive features.
Warning: Odin Wallet does not guarantee the appreciation or profitability of the $ODIX token. Purchasing and holding the token involves risk.
8. Risks
Using Odin Wallet involves inherent risks:

Loss of private keys or seed phrases.

Technical vulnerabilities of third parties (blockchains, DEXs, etc.).

Incorrect use of advanced functions such as scheduled swaps.

9. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances will Odin Wallet, its developers or collaborators be responsible for:

Problems arising from misuse of the App.

Failures in underlying blockchain networks.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Misuse
The following is prohibited:

Distribute malware or attempt to manipulate the source code.
